It is simply okay for children to like fatty food, like fried chicken as long as they do not start eating it regularly. Today, the boom of restaurants offering fast food have hooked children enormously.

If a child becomes habitual of eating such food, he will gain weight and eventually become obese. Its effects will not just stop here but can cause harmful diseases. Such foods have a high risk of causing heart diseases and type2 diabetes. High blood pressure and high cholesterol issues are also some of its effects. The restaurants serving fried foods usually use hydrogenated oil to fry them. The hydrogenated oil adds crispiness and taste to fried foods, but it has significant repercussions. Reusing hydrogenated oil, again and again, has a significant impact on raising cholesterol and blood pressure. The tempting fried chicken can shed a few years of your life, something none of us wants. A report indicates that women who ate fried food regularly were 13% more likely to die prematurely. And the women who did not eat the food but had heart-related issues were 12% more likely to die prematurely. It means that fried food is more detrimental than heart issues.
